Jerome Posey BA. M.Ed. LADC 1

Currently the Program Director of Massachusetts TC Clinical Group, Jerome has over a decade of experience in the Substance abuse Treatment and Prevention fields as a Clinician, Clinical Director, Program Director and Prevention Specialist. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Psychology and Health Education from Cambridge College. He is also a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor.

He has also previously worked in several Boston area organizations as a youth motivational instructor, youth program manager, and child services coordinator, including work running the Boston Learning Center’s BIFF (Building Inspiration to Fight Failure) Program. He is the father of two girls, one boy and grandfather of five. He has the support of his wife Marie.

Theresa Bougouneau

Currently the Clinical Director of Massachusetts TC Clinical Group, Theresa has thirteen years of experience in the substance abuse treatment and prevention fields as a clinician. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Social Work from Barry University in Florida, and graduate degrees in Mental Health, Addictions, and Trauma studies from Cambridge College. She also practices as an in home therapy and outpatient therapy clinician. Theresa has also previously worked in several Boston area organizations as a clinician, social worker, and supervisor/client assistance coordinator with DTA. Theresa also serves on the CERT program in brockton.

Andrea King RN (CSS)

Currently the Nurse Manager at Massachusetts TC Clinical Group, Andrea has over 30 years of experience in nursing. She has held positions such as director of nursing, hospital charge nurse, ICU nurse, and nursing home supervisor. In the substance abuse treatment field, she has worked as a utilization review nurse for High Point Treatment Center both in their Men’s Addiction Treatment Center and their Clean And Sober Teens Living Empowered (CASTLE) program.

Andrea holds degrees in education from Stonehill College and nursing from Massasoit Community College.

Richard Molloy

Currently the Lead Recovery Specialist of Clinical Stabilization Services, Richard is himself a graduate of the Teen Challenge faith based long-term program. He came to Teen Challenge Massachusetts as a resident on May 1, 2017, and completed his program on July 19, 2018. He remained as an apprentice where he acted as assistant to the academic coordinator for Teen Challenge Massachusetts.
